Michael was born in the small town of Tonsberg, Norway and lives in Larvik, Norway.
He started out as a still photographer and worked all over the world shooting fashion, glam and commercial work.
Michael always had his own style on his photos that was loved by many and still is.
Michael has directed several music videos and promos.
He started in television as an extra and did a lot of casting of extras for television and movies.
His first small part was in a Television show called Borettslaget, season 3.
After a lot of casting work, Michael went on to become a producer. As a producer, his first movie was Soul's Mirror (2015).
Michael went on to write and produce Trapped (2015). Other movie credits include Papel de Idiota (2015), Mi Amor (2016), The Bitter Man (2017), Como Tu (2018), That Day (2019), Road to greatness (2019), Mojave Thirst (2019), , Outcall: initiation (2020), , The Neighbor (2020) & Inner Calling (2020).
Brave (2022), was his first film in 2022 that he wrote, directed and produced. After Brave he wrote, directed and produced That's The Plan (2022) and Satisfy You (2022).
2023-2024 Michael has helped his producer partner with a pet project called Cuckoo Loco (Web-Series).

- Michael started his career as a still photographer. He has had pictures in many magazines around the world.
- Michael started his movie career in casting. He became a producer in Sjelen's Speil (Soul's Mirror) when the writer/director Frode Graadahl needed a producer on the project.
- Michael asked Åsmund Brede Eike to write the screenplay and direct Den Dagen (That Day) on the story he had written. Den Dagen (That Day) won the best screenplay & best actress Line Beck at the Woodengate international film festival. Den Dagen (That Day) came second as the best film in the same festival.
- On Sjelen's Speil (Soul's Mirror) he meet actors Åsmund Brede Eike, Victoria Faale & Tony Llapi which he has worked with several times.
- Den Dagen (That Day) is dedicated to his mom. She came to him with a song called "Den Store Dagen" by Benny Borg. She said that Michael should make a movie out of the song. Michael's mom passed away in 2015, so he decided to make a movie inspired by the song.
