- Bernard Rose asked him to cameo in The Devil's Violinist (2013) as a favor, whilst on a set visit in Munich, Germany.
- Is British - but also holds Italian and Argentine passports.

- Was in the original ending of Danny Boyle's Trance (2013) opposite Rosario Dawson, which he filmed during principal photography in London in 2011. However the ending was rewritten and re-shot at a later date to include Vincent Cassel's character and conclude the story differently.
