Jakubowicz also produced the epic movie about the legendary boxer Roberto Hands of Stone Duran starring Robert De Niro, Edgar Ramirez, Ana de Armas, Ellen Barkin, Ruben Blades, John Turturro and Usher. Hands of Stone premiered in the Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival 2016 to a fifteen minutes standing ovation. She previously worked as a graphic designer for several multinational advertising companies, including J. Walter Thompson, where she designed campaigns for major brands such as Jonnie Walker. In 2005 she became part of the Key Design team for BLT and Assoc, the largest design firm for the entertainment industry. Se specialized in theatrical movie posters, TV advertising, and home entertainment marketing. Her portfolio includes campaigns for hit movies like Spider-Man and Shrek, TV series like The Sopranos and Curb your enthusiasm, and other campaigns for FOX, SONY, Universal Pictures, HBO, and Warner Bros, as well as Sundance and the Venice Film Festival. In 2008 she worked in the award-winning HBO series Profugos with Jonathan Jakubowicz and the 2011 Fox Telecolombia series Lynch.

In addition, it's been known for creating higher-quality films and TV content for cost-efficient budgets worldwide. Hands of Stone became the first Film about a Latin American here to have a worldwide distribution with a 2,000 Theatrical Screen release in the USA. Claudine became the only Latina Women Producer to have an international wide theatrical movie release that summer.
In December 2016, she launched Epicentral Books, a company's division of Epicentral Studios, and published the novel Las Aventuras de Juan Planchard by Jonathan Jakubowicz. The book became a number one bestseller on Amazon.com for books written in a language other than English. It's being sold in thirteen countries, breaking all records in Venezuela. Juan Planchard is currently in pre-production for a Broadway play by award-winning Playwright Moises Kauffman. And the sequel to the book La Venganza de Juan planchard was released in 2020, rising to the top of Best Seller in the Spanish Language on Amazon.
She recently produced and secured financing for their latest Film, Resistance, starring Academy Award-nominated actors Jesse Eisenberg, Ed Harris, Clemence Poesy, Bella Ramsey, and Golden Globe Nominee Edgar Ramirez. It tells how a group of Boys and Girls Scouts created a network that saved ten thousand orphans during World War II. One of them became the greatest mime of all time, Marcel Marceau. The Film was shot in Germany and the Czech Republic, making it the first Film ever to be given the entire annual budget of the Bavarian Film Fund of 2 Million Euros. In addition, it was the first Holocaust movie to be shown in an Arab country as part of the Red Sea Film Festival. The Film was Acquired Domestically by renowned Distributors IFC Films.
