“Dr. Brain,” a new six-episode Korean-language Apple Original series directed and executive produced by visionary filmmaker Kim Jee-woon, is set to premiere globally on Thursday, November 4 on Apple TV+. FilmDistrict announced today that it has acquired U.S. distribution rights to Christ The Lord directed by Cyrus Nowrasteh from a script that he and his wife Betsy Nowrasteh wrote based on Anne Rice’s best-selling novel Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt.
Hyde Park International will be handling the sale of foreign rights to the picture being produced by 1492 Pictures’ Chris Columbus, Mark Radcliffe, and Michael Barnathan, along with Hyde Park Entertainment, Cj Entertainment and Ocean Blue Entertainment.
