She grew up in Richmond, Virginia, Huntington Beach, NY, and Jupiter, Fl, going back and forth moving as a child. In her teens, she became an athlete, doing more than 3 sports per year. At the age of 14, due to Devi going to third world countries and experiencing the loss of Americans during Hurricane Katrina, in 2004 and witnessing it all after it happened in Mississippi, she said that she wanted to be a Humanitarian or Philanthropist to help those who were victims of natural disasters. Her mother took her on a missionary flight there and she saw a statue of the Mother Mary with what looked like red blood coming down her eyes and her prayer hands red as well at a church. This impacted her at a deep level when she was at the disaster site. Doing most of her time there, she decided to make the most out of the disaster and camp out on the street to make sure that people could find their workers that were offering help. At such a young age, she changed her life. At nineteen, she wrote a screenplay and directed a short called "The Perfectionest". It turned out to be a time where she couldn't complete it.
Before she started acting in 2012 in a skateboarding movie, she was living in Newport Island, CA and made a decision to move to Los Angeles as soon as it became available. At the time she was slowly growing her portfolio for Modeling and achieved publications for some of her photos with popular photographers and magazines. Lilith worked on Playboy sets and she worked on glamour magazines such as W Magazine and shot at popular studios, such as the MILK studio. She worked with Kid Rock in a music video called Cucci Galore, then worked on some shorts, and finally found a feature film named Adrenochrome, where she played strategically her character, Lizzy. In her popular twenties, Lilith developed a love for taking photos. She became one of the well recognized faces in Los Angeles, completing 105 shoots in the 5 years she lived in Hollywood. In 2020, Lilith said that she believes no one should work for free in the industry because of how many homeless actors and actresses she has met. During one of her visits back to Los Angeles in 2020, she met people on the street while walking on Hollywood Boulevard and she learned that the industry was basically a life line for people that couldn't work.
After living in California, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia to work. While there she worked on movies called Neighbors: 2, and Life Of The Party as Jennifer's Friend. She was picked to be on a TV pilot called On Ten as Taz, but was not chosen to work on the series. She did not let that stop her, as she wrote a book named, "I Think Everyone Can Relate" that is fictional book about a celebrity dating a drummer. She plans on selling/publishing the book one day in the future. After Atlanta, Lilith moved back to Florida to Palm Beach Gardens and shot for a magazine cover for a Miami Magazine. After shooting that, she went to Jacksonville, where she tried to learn how to sing. In 2021, Lilith shot with Jeffrey Blake Adams, the most influential photographer in Jacksonville.
