“Burden of Truth,” a Canadian legal drama starring Kristin Kreuk that airs on The CW in the U.S., has been canceled after four seasons. The final episode of the show’s fourth season, which aired on its home broadcast network CBC on Thursday, will serve as its series finale.
“After four incredible seasons, we’re bringing our ‘Burden of Truth’ story to its conclusion in tonight’s series finale,” a post added to the show’s official Facebook page Thursday said. “We are so proud of the stories we’ve been able to tell each season, especially those related to social justice. We’re also tremendously appreciative of the support we’ve received from our fans worldwide, and are particularly grateful to the communities in Winnipeg and Selkirk, Manitoba, for being so welcoming to our crew.”

MTV International is rebooting iconic format “MTV Cribs,” with guests including Caitlyn Jenner, Nickelodeon personality and singer JoJo Siwa, former “Glee” star Kevin McHale and British singer Stefflon Don.
The global launch follows something of a warm-up for “Cribs” in the last year. The show received a U.K. adaptation in September 2019, followed by this summer’s “MTV Cribs: Footballers Stay Home,” which was filmed remotely during the global pandemic. Snapchat also rebooted the format in the U.S. for a short-form series back in 2017.
The show, which is in many ways tailor-made for lockdown programming, takes viewers inside celebrity homes, with high-profile stars greeting the camera at their front doors, and providing intimate tours of various rooms and highlighting prized possessions. “Cribs” first debuted in 2000 and ran for 13 seasons. By 2005, the show had visited around 185 homes of celebrities including Destiny’s Child, Snoop Dogg and Mariah Carey.

When Burden of Truth Season 3 premieres this Thursday (The CW, 8/7c), Joanna and Billy are not a new couple — because they’ve actually been in a relationship for a significant amount of time! And not only are the lawyers shacking up, but they’ve also started a law firm together in Winnipeg. How’s that for different?!
In jumping past the pair’s early dating months, “we skipped the part that’s really not that important,” star Kristin Kreuk tells TVLine. “It’s not dramatic. The dramatic part happens when it gets hard again” — and things definitely get difficult very quickly for the duo,...

When it comes to hosting a dinner party, Taylor Swift is up there with the best of 'em. The pop singer was so grateful for British boy band The Vamps, who opened for the star during the U.K. leg of her Red tour, that she invited the four cuties over to her Los Angeles pad for a home-cooked meal followed by a group sing-along while Taylor played the piano. Swift cooked up some brown rice curry, according to The Daily Star, and refused to let Connor Ball, Bradley Simpson, James McVey or Tristan Evans lift a finger when it came to cleaning up. "She invited us to dinner, cooked a gorgeous curry and then refused to let us wash up," Evans said. "In the end we all grabbed a tea-towel and did the...
