Elizabeth Jeanne le Roux, the daughter of a retired lecturer who taught
DRAMA at the University of Pretoria (South Africa) and a mother who
used to be an opera singer and an Art Director in the film industry,
has been acting since her childhood.
Her official training started in finishing off 5 years of DRAMA studies
which she passed with distinction at the Art School known as Pro Arte
(Pretoria, South Africa). After obtaining a BA (DRAMA) degree which she
also passed with distinction at the University of Pretoria (South
Africa), Elizabeth started portrayed a character known as Bianca
Bekker, which was a recurring contract role for the South African soap
opera known as "Egoli - place of gold". She also featured in other
South African TV programs, such as Isidingo; Scandall and Backstage.
Elizabeth acted as a principal actress in numerous European, South
African and Israeli TV advertisements and was also employed by the
Israel Ministry of Tourism to feature in the International TV campaign
promoting Eilat as a tourist destination. Elizabeth has relocated to
Canada in 2014, and is featuring in numerous American feature films and
Canadian TV programs being shot in Toronto (Ontario).
