Carol Ann Noronha is an independent film producer and aspiring writer/director from Karachi, Pakistan. She is an alumnus of the Berlinale Talents 2022 program and recently founded her production house 67°E Studios.
Her latest work 'Inflames' as Associate Producer premiered at Director's Fortnight, Cannes 2023 and 'The Queen of my Dreams' as Executive Producer is will be having its World Premiere at TIFF2023. Both features are Canadian/Pakistani co-productions and a path that she wants to explore in the future. As a producer, Noronha's credits include four short films that have premiered/screened at acclaimed festivals; Dia (Locarno Film Fest 2018), Stray Dogs (Claremont Ferrand Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival 2020), 1978 (Official selection, Locarno Film Fest 2020) and Bhai (TIFF 2021) among others venues.
She has been an active part of the commercial industry in Pakistan, having worked as a producer with various agencies, brands and artists on television/digital commercials, music videos and digital campaigns. Her vision for 67°E Studios is to build strong cross border relationships, allowing for more co-productions to flow through the borders of Pakistan; to allow the expansion of thinking, dreaming big and extending a home of learning and opportunities for all.
