Season Three of "Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous", from DreamWorks Animation TV, executive produced by Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, Colin Trevorrow and Lane Luerasset, is set during the time-frame of the feature "Jurassic World" , now streaming on Netflix:
"There is a larger story being told," said executive producer Colin Trevorrow about Season Three. "By the end of Season Two, you can see that these kids are uncovering a mystery and a conspiracy that's going to really send them into a much more dangerous world than they ever imagined. "But what I love about season two is how even at the end, when they have realized that it's possible for other people to get here, it almost makes it that much more painful for them that they're still stranded. What I love about the end is that they take it on themselves. They're not going to wait for anyone to help them anymore.

This review contains no spoilers and is based on all eight episodes of Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous season 2.
The stakes have changed with Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous season 2, moving from the frantic “get off the island before the ferry leaves” pacing of the first season to a survival-oriented, mystery-solving season where the dinosaurs get some kinder treatment.
If you missed Season 1 but are familiar with the legacy of Jurassic Park, you are probably aware that the series revolves around a theme park with genetically engineered dinosaurs. If you’re familiar with the movie Jurassic World, Season 1 of Camp Cretaceous took place during the events of that film. Season 2 follows the aftermath of an escaped, experimental dinosaur hybrid, the Indominus rex, which terrorizes the island and forces the guests to flee. But not everyone made it off the island, we realize: the teenagers who’d been part of the first trial...

This Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous review contains no spoilers.
My five year old nestled under one arm. My ten year old clutched the other. And I’ll admit, my hands were covering my face a couple of times. That, in a nutshell, was the family experience of watching the first season of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous.
If you’re familiar with the legacy of Jurassic Park, you know the premise: there’s a theme park full of genetically engineered dinosaurs (where some catastrophe always happens). Based on the events of the first season, the series takes place concurrent to the events in Jurassic World, in which a monstrous original dinosaur engineered by Dr. Henry Wu, the Indominus Rex, escapes to terrorize the park.
The series opens with Darius, who had dreamed of visiting Jurassic World with his father for years before his father’s (implied) death. He wins a free...

DreamWorks Animation series “Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous,” coming to Netflix on Sept. 18, immediately immerses viewers in the universe of the popular franchise — shaky camera shots, a roaring Tyrannosaurus rex and characters fleeing stampeding dinosaurs.
As we pull back, however, viewers can see the bedroom of young Darius (voiced by Paul-Mikél Williams), who’s playing a video game as he’s about to go off to Isla Nublar with other teen campers (and is soon to face similar terrors).
The meta opening is a grabber, but for CG lighting/compositing director Kathy Tran, whose job is to use subtle shades of light and color to give a show its look, the degree of difficulty in distinguishing between the world of a video game and an animated “real” world was high.
It took three tries to achieve the desired effect. The feedback from executive producer Scott Kreamer and supervising producer Aaron Hammersley...

Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for director Clint Eastwood's new film 15:17 To Paris and it looks like an intense and inspiring movie. The film tells the true story of the three men who rose to the occasion to save lives during the 2015 terrorist attack attempt in Paris. This brave act turned these ordinary men into heroes. One of the things that is really cool about this movie is that the three men who were actually involved in this horrific event, play themselves in the movie. Here are the details that were released:
