Uddipan Sharma is a talented composer hailing from the district of Jorhat, Assam. From a young age of 7, he started learning classical music and performed in various small shows and functions across Assam. Despite pursuing computer engineering at Punjab Technical University, Uddipan's passion for music led him to move to Mumbai in 2011, where he studied sound engineering and joined MeetBros as their assistant. With MeetBros, Uddipan worked on several hit songs and movies like "Baby Doll," "Chittiyan Kalaiyan," "Boss," "Kick," and "Dreamgirl," among many others. He also earned a nomination for the Mirchi Music Award as the Best Engineer for the song "Baby Doll" alongside Eric Pillai. Uddipan's upcoming projects include "Dreamgirl 2" and "Satya Prem Ki Katha" with MeetBros.
In 2020, Uddipan started his solo career as a music director, debuting with the song "Dil Na Todunga," released from Blive Music. The music video featured Sidhharth Gupta and Karishma Sharma and was directed by Remo Desouza. The song gained massive popularity, with over 25 million views on YouTube and 500k reels made to date. Uddipan's other releases like "Raanjhana Ve," "Dard Tere," and "Tera Hi Rahoon" featuring an Assamese twist, also gained immense popularity among music enthusiasts.
