Cas Spencer is a senior communications executive with over 15 years experience leading national publicity and securing press for multi-platform television and film campaigns, as well as leading and executing strategic communication efforts in the fields of government and nonprofit.
In August 2022, Cas joined reputation management and strategic communications firm, Rubenstein, as Vice President of Public Relations. Cas serves as a senior executive in the firm's newly minted West Coast division in Los Angeles.
Prior to her appointment at Rubenstein, Cas served as communications director at MRC, a film and television production studio, where she oversaw strategic messaging and corporate communications on shows like "Ozark," "The Great," "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest," "The Billboard Music Awards," "TheAmerican Music Awards," and upcoming Netflix/MRC film, "The Mothership," starring Oscar winner Halle Berry.
Cas previously led the African-American division at multicultural publicity and marketing firm, MRKT. She oversaw a robust division of multilevel communications professionals and entertainment projects focusing on African-American film and television campaigns and interfacing with top-level studios and executives on blockbuster and award-winning projects such as, Oscar winning animation film Disney's "Soul," "Bad Boys For Life," "Hustlers," and "Uncut Gems."
Prior to her time in entertainment, Cas spent almost a decade in the fields of government, politics and non-profit.
