- Dick Noel was born in 1927 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for Bayou (1957), The Phil Silvers Show (1955) and The Tennessee Ernie Ford Show (1962). He was married to Nancy. He died on October 27, 2017 in Escondido, California, USA.
