Michalianna is a freelance sound editor and re-recording mixer for film and TV. Originally from Greece, she relocated to London in 2011.
She studied Music Technology at Kingston University as an aspiring film composer. While at Kingston, she developed an interest in sound design for film, the field that would finally win her over.

Since June 2015, I have been working as a freelance sound editor and re- recording mixer for a variety of platforms. Her credits primarily consist of fiction films, but also extend to web and TV series and shows, commercials, applications, animations, documentaries, sound-only projects and games. She have worked as an assistant re-recording mixer to Dean Humphreys three times, while some of my other projects have appeared on Sky, Amazon Prime, Channel 4, IKEA, Vice, Udemy, the Cannes Film Festival, the London Film Festival, the Grierson Awards and the BFI Flare.
In 2017, she was invited at the in-house ad agency of Intel, as an audio engineer. During her time there, she worked as a post production sound editor and mixer, as well as a music supervisor on a number of Intel commercials and short films. she also took part in the meetings discussing pitches for the ads of new products and services. In addition, she worked as a production sound recordist on a few shoots for Intel.
She occasionally freelances for the localisation department of Pinewood Studios in Shepperton, where she is responsible for organising, editing and QC'ing all the dubbed versions of features from Disney, Sony, Paramount and Universal for the international market. Some of the projects she has been involved in are the dubbed versions of the Lion King (2019), Avengers Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019), Mary Poppins Returns (2018), Mission Impossible Fallout (2018).
