Ryan R. Ratelle is a New York City based publicist, producer, and director with more than 16 years of experience working in the entertainment industry. He is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of RRR Creative (Triple R), a boutique creative agency based in New York City. Current and past clients include a wide range of productions, personalities, and events, such as Tony, Grammy, and Emmy Award-winner Billy Porter, Tony Award-winners Lena Hall and Lindsay Mendez, Victor Garber, Jason Rodriguez, Brian Jordan Jr., Tectonic Theater Project, and more. He has created brand identities, websites, and strategic and publicity plans for numerous clients in the entertainment, fashion, non-profit, and hospitality industries. As a producer, Ryan has several projects in development under the RRR Productions umbrella, including A New City, Alice in Dragland, Merrilee Mannerly - A Magnificent New Musical, Austen's Pride - A New Musical of Pride and Prejudice, and I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti. As a publicist, Ratelle managed award-winning publicity campaigns for more than 25 Broadway productions, including Michael Moore: The Terms of My Surrender, Sunset Boulevard starring Glenn Close, School of Rock - The Musical, CATS, After Midnight, Kinky Boots (Tony Award), Clybourne Park (Tony Award), Patti LuPone's Gypsy, Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark, Wicked, Grease, and many more. He also handled personal publicity for iconic composer, Andrew Lloyd Webber and The Actors Fund. For three seasons, he was the Artistic Director of Hartford Children's Theatre in Connecticut where he staged award-winning productions of Pinkalicious, Willy Wonka, Jason Robert Brown's 13, Little Women, Beauty and the Beast, and more. He designed and implemented "HCT on the Road," a touring division that brought theater directly to under-served children in communities throughout the area. In his three seasons at HCT, Ratelle lead the charge to revitalize the Main Stage, garnering rave reviews, increased attendance, and three National Youth Theatre Awards. Ryan is also the Co-Founder of The Cast Agency, the first-ever digital agency to align top brands with Broadway's most popular talents for paid social media campaigns.
