Hotel Cocaine has a premiere date. MGM+ has announced that the eight episode season will kick off in June with first-look photos and a teaser trailer.
Starring Danny Pino, Michael Chiklis, Mark Feuerstein, and Yul Vazquez, the crime thriller is set in Miami at the start of the 1970s cocaine scene. Don Mike, Pedro Giunti, Lola Claire, Matthew Del Negro, Victor Oliveira, Robert Beck, Sam Robards, and Candy Santana are joining the previously announced recurring cast of Mayra Hermosillo, Juan Pablo Raba, Erniel Baez, Nick Barkla, Cale Ambrozic, Camila Valero, and Maggie Lacey.

MGM+ just unveiled the first trailer for Hotel Cocaine along with details on new cast and characters. Danny Pino takes on his first series regular role since finishing up Mayans M.C., diving back into the world of illegal drugs after five seasons playing a cartel boss.
The eight-episode crime thriller also stars Michael Chiklis (Winning Time), Mark Feuerstein (Power), Yul Vazquez (Godfather of Harlem), Tania Watson (The Head), Corina Bradley (Star-Crossed Romance), and Laura Gordon (Late Night with the Devil).

Today, premium network MGM+ revealed a first look at the crime thriller Hotel Cocaine, executive produced by Chris Brancato and Guillermo Navarro (Pan’s Labyrinth).
The teaser follows the eight-episode series’ global debut at Series Mania in Lille, France. The first episode of Hotel Cocaine will premiere on June 16 on MGM+, and new episodes will air on Sundays until August 4.

WarnerMedia Latin America has unveiled its first two original Latin American productions for HBO Max: Argentine freestyle battle series “Días de Gallos” and Mexico’s “Bunker,” billed as a half-hour acid comedy.
The series, both in production and made exclusively for HBO Max, were revealed on Friday, just a day after WarnerMedia announced that HBO Max will roll out in late June in 39 territories across Latin America and the Caribbean as the premium direct-to-consumer platform’s first launch outside the U.S.
The series announcement also allowed Tomás Yankelvich, WarnerMedia Latin America chief content officer – general entertainment, to underscore the ambition, range and intended reach of WarnerMedia Latin America original productions for HBO Max. These will take in series and feature films, both scripted and unscripted, as well as children’s programs plus animation for a variety of tastes and audiences of all ages, Warner Media said in a statement.
