- Banita Sandhu is a British actress who works in film and television internationally. Banita began acting as a child in local stage and film productions when she signed her first agent at just 11 years old. She began her professional acting career whilst attending King's College London, in Shoojit Sircar's Hindi feature film October (2018). She received major critical acclaim for her "outstanding debut" with Vogue India naming her the 2018 Face to Watch Out For. She returned to university to graduate, with honors, and went straight back to work with Eternal Beauty (2019), Adithya Varma (2019), and The CW's summer show, Pandora (2019). Banita's latest release saw her reunited with Shoojit Sircar in Sardar Udham (2021) which was voted the Best Hindi Film of the Year.
