Kunjané Lyons-Latimer Glenn began acting at Ujima Company Inc. under the direction of Lorna C. Hill. She has performed in several plays such as ...And Bid Him Sing, Birth, Once On This Island, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide/When The Rainbow Is Enuf, Breath Boom, Sista Circle & Black Jazz. She has done stage management for Ain't Supposed to Die a Natural Death (Melvin van Peebles) & Top Dog Underdog (Suzan-Lori Parks), and provided script supervision, casting assistance and associate production for various projects. She received the Artie Award for Outstanding Ensemble in both Once On This Island and For Colored Girls...and was nominated for Outstanding Debut Performance In A Lead Role for Breath, Boom. Most recently cast in the Television Series "Daddy's Girl Club" among other TV pilots, in addition to doing some background extra work for a few movies, she is truly ready for the television/movie circuit.
