Born on the Island of Mauritius. She was educated in Paris and in London.
Her first film was Loving Feeling (1968), a film by Bashoo Sen. Directed by Norman Warren. Then followed There's a Girl in My Soup (1970) with Peter Sellers playing Paola. Whilst she was having lunch with her then partner Richard Johnson at the White Elephant in Mayfair, Kirk Douglas spotted her and offered her the lead in Skallawag but she turned it down to do a Jean Rollin film, The Iron Rose (1973). Fire broke out at her friend Vivianne Ventura's house in 1971 and she fell from the third floor house, landing on the railings, suffering a broken arm and a dislocated shoulder.
Her 11 tempestuous years with the legendary film actor Richard Johnson ended in 1980, a son Nicholas was born in 1976 during their years together. She broke into television in October 1971 in Coronation Street playing Ray Langton's friend, paved the way for other actresses to act in the soap. Numerous guest star roles followed with Rex Harrison in Don Quixote, Lee Remick in Tennessee Williams' Summer & Smoke, Terry & June, Giants & Ogres for Granada. Whilst working on a sitcom written by Vince Powell called Rule Brittania at Thames TV, that she met Vince Powell and little did she know that he was writing the part of Danielle Favre for her in Mind Your Language (1977). She did 3 years of MYL before she treaded the boards in 'Happy Birthday', reuniting with Fraser Hines and also in the Pantomine Alladin. She left for the USA in 1982 where she acted in Hollywood with a two year contract in The Young & The Restless, Gavillan, My Man Adam, Lightning, the White Stallion (1986), she received rave reviews in Twelfth Night playing Olivia and Rosalind in As you Like It. She returned to London in 1987 because of her son. She has been active in charity work and will be co-starring in her very first film in 20 years in 2011.- Actor

Langseth is originally from Europe and now resides in both Canada and Los Angeles. He is known as the former bassist for the internationally known heavy-hitting Goth band Talamasca, and the lead vocalist of the hard-rocker band Sister Sacrilege. His passion for writing and screen became evident when he co-wrote and directed the low-budget feature, Photo Manipulation that won 2 awards in the Vermont After Dark Film Festival in 2008.
He spent many years living in Montreal, Canada, and now resides in Nova Scotia, Canada, where he continues writing screenplays for film and television.- Edeen Bhugeloo was born on 29 September, 1988, in Mauritius, to Rosebee Bhugeloo and Ekramoolah Bhugeloo. He attended the University of Technology of Mauritius where he completed a degree in communication. Edeen was always interested in Arts and found that acting could be his thing. He hunted for Festivals, Workshops and Theatre and Short Movies in a country where the 7th Art was near extinction. Since then, he has starred in a lot of plays, series and feature films.
He started his acting career in 2007 with the theatrical troupe Lesgenfoires. He played Pomme le Sage in Arc-En-Ciel (2007) for the National Drama Festival and was awarded with The Most Promising Young Actor award. He then starred in Les Chapeaux Magique (2008), Solution dan ou Lame (2008) with the Mauritius Drama Club, Bethlehem (2008).
In 2011 he started voice acting for several TV Series.
In 2011 Edeen met director Jon Rabaud and starred in The Short Film, The Encounter (2012) where he played a troubled teenager alongside Guillaume Silavant and Vinaya Sungkur. The Encounter was a movie that changed the Mauritian cinema industry forever.
In 2013 he starred in Theatre pour Animaux with Vinaya Sungkur (Jean-Michel Ribes). In 2014 he starred in Fish Out of Water (S.Gobin) and several short movies in workshops for the Ile Courts Film Festival. In 2015 Edeen was back on stage with Minuit (2015). Starred in short movie Eye Opener (2015) In 2016, Edeen starred in, Play it again Sam/Une Aspirine pour deux by Francis Perrin.
His first long feature was a Bollywood film The Comeback (2016) directed by Sharvan Anenden. In late 2017, Edeen makes his Hollywood debut in Steven Knight movie Serenity and shared a line with Matthew Mcconaughey. One of his wishes was to work with the best in the world.
So far Edeen, ticked a lot from his bucket list. He wanted more from his country, from the Mauritian Cinema.
Due to the implementation of a rebate scheme, many movies and TV-Series came to Mauritius. Mauritian Cinema was then a thing. Local movies just raised the level and Edeen starred as main character more often.
In 2018 Corruption pas ziss concern kass Director: Vishesh Sunveek and was Awarded the Best Professional Actor for the ICAC Short Film Competition 2018 in 2019 DAÏNES Director: Gopalen Chellapermal and Totem Director: Crystel Maurymoothoo. Those movies were high quality short films produce in Mauritius.
As from 2018 to 2020 Edeen, starred as small parts in Singleholic, Horizon Line, Lisa Redler and Amor de Madre Finally in 2021, Edeen starred as big roles in two local incoming feature films, The Blue Penny, Jon Rabaud and Gazing at the Stars, David Constantin.

Kushal Awatarsing is a Mauritian actor, born (2 April 1994) who appears in Mauritian and Indian films. He has started as the main lead actor with his very first movie called '' Project 51'' which was released in 2014.
In 2016, he has appeared, as a corrupt police officer in the movie '' The Chain '' which is a short film produced by FilmLab 360 (Ex: 5 Bros Studios), for the ICAC short film competition (Mauritius).
While the shooting crew of popular indian serial Beyhadh came to shooting in Mauritius, Kushal has the chance to participate in the shoot as a figurant back in 2016.
In 2019, Kushal appeared as a villain in the movie ''Sans Twa Pena Mwa'' which is a Mauritian movie produced locally by Himster Productions.
Kushal Awatarsing has on the 23rd of December 2019, won the best politician TikTok Awards for the TikTok Awards Night organised by Radioplus (Mauritius).
He has also worked in the short movie Bullied 2, as the main lead villain, which is a short film produced by Himster Productions, for the 7 days challenge competition by the Mauritius Film Development Corporation which was released on the 5th of February 2020.

Ashiskumar Singh Rampul, known professionally as Ashis Ramphul, is a Mauritian singer-songwriter, record producer and actor. He gained a following in 2017, after releasing his debut single "Na Jaana" which broadcasted on national television and nominated for "song of the year" on local radio stations.
Ashis Ramphul started his music career at a very young age performing in private shows with his father. Years later, he became a YouTuber, posting song covers. After progressing his skills, he decided to create original music and videos with the help and support of his family and friends. He has released several singles as a solo artist and his debut EP, Teri Yaad, was released in January 2021. He sings predominantly in Hindi, but has also performed in Bhojpuri and Mauritian Creole.
Ashis Ramphul starred in independent short films, Future (2019), The Cupboard (2020), Future 2.0 (2020) and Lockdown In Mauritius (2020).

Ashis Ramphul was born in Mauritius to the singer-songwriter Asweeny kumarsing Rampul, known professionally as Dilip Ramphul and his wife Rinabye Rampul. He has an elder sister named Dhanista and younger brother named Khemraj Singh Rampul, known professionally as Khem Ramphul. He was raised in a religious Hindu family.
His childhood was unique as he became an open-heart surgery survivor when he was 2 years old. Years later, he had to experience multiple surgeries from unexpected complications. Now, he is fine and still follows regular check-ups.
Ashis Ramphul was taught to play manjira, harmonium, keyboard and later singing lessons by his father at a very young age. Years later, He studied vocal hindustani music at Mahatma Gandhi Institute. He also took part in an inter-college competition by Ministry of Education and Human Resources (National Talent Show 2014) and a singing competition by Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation (Star 2014 - Hindustani Category) where he ended up both in the finals.
Ashis Ramphul went to La Sourdine Government School, Saint Aubin State Secondary School and last Hamilton College. After a school dropout and quit his training job later, he decided to left everything behind and go full time on his music career.
