- Thunderbird 4 dives into the Supreme Barrier Reef where a mother and son scientist team is trapped in acidic waters.

- A Hepetologist is bitten by a rare spider in a dense rainforest, and a carrier drone containing anti-venom goes off course. Kayo, Scott and Virgil fly to the scene to find the drone before its too late.

Gordon's mission is to rescue a research team trapped in an undersea lab, but in doing so he discovers a chain of seismic destabilisers positioned along the bottom of the ocean floor. Lady Penelope is contacted to help the Thunderbirds find the person responsible.
- John and Brains must track down the source of the seismic destabilisers. Meanwhile Scott and Virgil race to Taiwan when one of the undersea quakes destabilizes a solar collector dish in Taipe. When the sun rises on the dish it will reflect on the city burning it to the ground. All the while Lady Penelope tracks down a fearsome new adversary...
- Alan is on space junk duty. Things take a turn when one of the pieces of debris turns out to be a heat-seeking SAT-MINE that activates and locks onto TB3's heat signature. Alan pulls some incredible moves in order to dodge the mine, but he can only outfly it for so long before exhaustion kicks in. Back on Earth, Lady Penelope and Parker implement a plan to sneak into a top-secret storage facility and find the mine's deactivation code. They succeed and the mine powers down before TB3 is destroyed.
- Scott rushes in with Thunderbird 1 to check out an unusual radiation spike from a remote corner of Africa - and discovers the source to be a leak of unstable uranium.
- Kayo departs on the newly upgraded Fireflash plane, but soon discovers that there is a saboteur on board. Meanwhile Virgil, Allan and Gordon must help save the passengers from harm.
- An anti-technology group called The Luddites power up an electromagnetic pulse device underneath London, crippling everything that uses electricity.
- When a trains systems go offline and it begins to crash, Scott and Brains must work together to get it's engines back online. Even if it means Brains facing his fears.
- A series of cascading equipment failures leads John to realise that rogue A.I. has gained control of Thunderbird 5. The programme is sending false monitor images to Tracy Island to deceive the other brothers. John finally gets through to Lady Penelope and informs her of the situation.
- A malfunction at a mining operation sends an large asteroid careening towards the sun, endangering mining crewman Ned Tedford. Alan and Kayo deploy Thunderbird 3 for the rescue mission, but a rogue solar flare knocks out their sensors. As they land near the mine, and must find a way to alter the asteroid's trajectory so that it slingshots around the sun instead of crashing into it.
