The length of Spike's shirt and bandanna changes dramatically in every scene in which he appears in uniform. Sometimes his shirt exposes half his chest and all of his belly, other times it covers almost all of his torso. Likewise, sometimes his bandanna barely shows under his chin, while at other times it is almost down to his waistline.
When Spike slams the door to the apartment, the knob is clearly shown flying off, but in the next frame it is there on the door.
When the old gentleman's hat blows off, he is clearly wearing a bright red scarf - you can see it flapping in the wind. When Droopy returns with the hat, the old gentleman has a white kerchief instead of a long red scarf.
A crowd of both men and women are shown at the bottom of the skyscraper and all of their mouths are clearly moving. However, only bass and baritone male voices are audible shouting about the baby on the roof, and none of them in sync with the mouths of the people shouting.
The cartoon ends with Droopy visiting the President. However, instead of visiting the White House, he visits Capitol Hill.
