When Redgrave (Derrick O'Connor) arrives at Robin Hood's camp after meeting the time bandits, he crosses a bridge and swats a peasant with his coat. In the next scene he does exactly the same thing.
The old poor woman in line steps up to Robin Hood twice.

Although the movie reports Napoléon Bonaparte's height as 5 feet 2 inches correctly, this was actually in pre-metric French units, which would be 5 feet 6 inches in British-American units - an above-average height for a 19th-century Frenchman who would therefore not be as sensitive about his height as the movie portrays.
After being demoted, Napoleon's lieutenants are left wearing union suits. Union suit underwear was not invented until the 1860s and men during the Napoleonic era wore night shirts as underwear.
Numerous inaccuracies in the "historical" scenes. The film means to depict history as visualized by a well-read 11-year-old, not a formally trained historian. This is consistent with the theme of whimsical, casual time travel wherein history is deliberately contaminated.
The final shot of the camera moving up and away from Kevin's house is being run in reverse as smoke can be seen going into their sources instead of rising from them. This is intentional, as Kevin was filmed walking backwards, so that when the footage was played in reverse, he'd be walking forwards.
At the feast in Greece when the servant cuts open the huge piece of meat, some of the fruits are clearly made of plastic - the pineapple is the most obvious.
When the Bandits are pushing the wall to escape Kevin's bedroom it was actually done down a long corridor - there is a piece of tape in the top left corner when they reach the end and push the wall out. Terry Gilliam wanted to go back and do a re-take, but couldn't due to budget restraints.
A rope is seen pulling the bushes apart as the Bandits rush to the aid of the robbers attacking the Middle Ages couple.
You can see Strutter's shadow on the back wall in the escape from the cage scene.
During the climax battle, the "5" on the spaceship's tail is backwards for one frame, revealing the usage of a mirror image.
In the Titanic scenes, the Time Bandits and Kevin are all in fine suits following the initial scene. Where did the suits come from? It is highly unlikely the Titanic would have extra suits on board for their passengers, let alone ones that would fit little people and/or children.
Tire tracks visible in the sand in the initial Greece scene, following the killing of the Minotaur.
At Agamemnon's feast, in the absolute silence following the gang's vanishing act, a guest can be seen clapping enthusiastically.
