In the opening scene of Macao, Philip Ahn and his hood Spencer Chan are chasing an undercover agent in the night. Just as the agent is about to get away by climbing a wall at the waterfront, Ahn throws a knife in his back. The agent succumbs and falls into the water. The scene is closely recreated in the opening of Octopussy.
