When Lyle Swann jumps into the helicopter, the motorcycle (which had previously been destroyed) is visible on the right-hand side of the screen (possibly widescreen only). When the helicopter leaves, the bike is missing.
During the gunfight at the end of the movie, Claire runs out of bullets and throws the gun belt away. Then in the next shot, she stands up to shoot and suddenly she is wearing the gun belt again and it has several more bullets available. In the next shot, she turns around and kneels down and she is not wearing the gun belt again.
At the beginning of the film, as Swan is racing across the desert and the scientists are preparing the time travel experiment, the sky changes from midday to sunset and from bright sunny skies to cloudy overcast skies several times in just a few minutes.
When the bike is falling down the hill at the end of the movie, one can see it loses two times the front wheel.

After Reese shoots him dead, Jack is breathing noticeably as Claude and Carl frisk him for valuable possessions.
Reese figures out how to start the motorcycle and it gets away from him and crashes. He curses out his men for "shooting the machine" and then walks back to the bike. When he does, there is a modern 55 gallon oil drum that has been cut down and has a fire going in it sitting to the right of the crashed bike.
After Reese is mangled by the chopper's tail rotor, we get another full shot of the aircraft as it lands to pick up Lyle. However the rotor section looks undisturbed and void of any human flesh. It should be blood splattered (as in a bird strike) as it just destroyed a full grown human being.
When Lyle tries to resuscitate the old man who died of fright at the campfire, the old man dead on his back moves twice on his own: his right arm moves, and his right eyes blinks. Both are seen from his right side at ground level.
When Porter Reese and his henchman enter the cellar to steal the bike, neither of them are lifting the door, but one of them has his hands on top of the door. It appears to be a heavy wooden cellar door so it would require some serious lifting. But the door is rising slowly and steadily on its own as though it were mechanically rising.
Modern rubber tread is visible on the sole of Reese's shredded boot as it falls over (uncut version only).
Shortly after Lyle Swann lands in the Old West, he puts on his helmet and the camera crew is reflected in its side.
At the climax, as the helicopter flies over the plateau it casts a shadow over the motorcycle. Reese can be seen crouching down on the left side of the bike even though the previous shot shows him farther back down the hill.
As the helicopter spins overhead and "hits" the motorcycle, crew members can be seen pushing the bike over the edge of the cliff.
