- Constant nudity throughout, and women are frequently forcibly exposed. Breasts and butts are shown constantly, often in extreme close up.
- Matsu frequently has her clothes torn open and is sexually assaulted. Her breasts are frequently shown.
- The opening credits feature countless women being paraded through the prison fully naked, and a security guard inspecting their genitals as they go through a contraband search. Countless breasts and butts are fully shown.
- The prisoners panties are frequently exposed and many prisoners are seen topless in just their panties.
- A sex scene early on that shows breasts and the woman moaning.
- Matsu forces herself on another female prisoner, who asks her to stop repeatedly. She forces the woman to caress her breasts and eventually forces the other woman to grope her genitalia. The woman is stripped, and her breasts and butt are exposed. At first it is rape, but it eventually becomes consensual. Matsu sucks on the woman's breasts and nipples, and performs oral sex on her. Lots of moaning, nudity, and the scene is pretty long.
- Several male prison guards are attacked and raped by a group of topless female prisoners. A pretty long scene.
- Matsu is beaten by several prison guards, and one of them hits her in the crotch with a baton, and presses it into her crotch to hurt her. She is then sexually assaulted with the baton. Very brutal.
- Matsu is tied up and suspended from the ceiling by the other female prisoners. She is beaten and has her clothes torn by the other inmates. In a prolonged scene, one woman uses a large lightbulb to burn Matsu, and uses the light to burn Matsu's genitals for an extended period of time. Very brutal.
- Matsu is raped towards the beginning of the film. Her shirt is torn open, revealing her breasts, and a group of men caress and thrust into her. Disturbing.
- A long sequence takes place in a communal shower where all of the women are fully naked. Breasts and butts constantly shown. A topless woman in panties fights another woman. Nudity thought the entire scene. This is a very long scene.
- A female prison guard has her shirt ripped open and her bare breasts are shown and there is a close up of her breasts with lipstick marks and hickey's all over her chest.
- In the opening scene, a woman has her period while trying to escape prison and lots of blood is shown running down her leg.
- Matsu attacks a man towards the beginning of the film. She throws off her robe, revealing she is in panties and a tank top with one of her breasts exposed. She than fights the man in slow motion with her breast exposed. This is a very long scene.
- Matsu is frequently raped and sexually assaulted throughout the film. Matsu herself even begins to rape a woman at one point, although it eventually becomes consensual.
- There are a number of rape scenes, and rape and sexual violence is a constant threat and theme throughout.

- Although fair amount of violence, it's from Japan in the 70's, blood is laughably fake, and none of the stabbing type shots actually show the piercing
- After the brief sex scene at the start there's a rape scene shortly afterwards, they tear her clothes off and pin her to the ground, the camera just focuses on her face and her reaction to it.
- Other scenes of violent sexual humiliation are spread throughout the film, either by the male police officers or by the female inmates to each other.
- There are moments of strong bloody violence too, a man is stabbed multiple times in a very long scene, a woman stabs a male police officer in the eye, several inmates are violently shot and form pools of blood.

- The film opens with an attempted escape and the main character beats a dog that is chasing her to death with a stick, the dog can be seen twitching in the bushes which may upset viewers.
- The rape scene and a scene at the end of the film where the main character is taken by the inmates, she is striped, strung up and they beat her
- The scenes throughout the film of violent sexual beatings may also be too much for some viewers
