- Crazy creditsThis documentary opened with the well-known title sequence of Dad's Army (1968), featuring shots of each of the main characters marching along, overlaid with the actor's name. However, added on to the end of the sequence was a similar shot of Victoria Wood, presenter of the documentary, dressed in a World War II soldier's uniform, complete with tin hat and rifle.

Put That Light Out!
It really didn't need commentary from current celebrities.
The magic here came from hearing the cast members tell it how it was. It's just a shame more weren't alive when this was filmed.
They were true actors, who gave their all but got paid a pittance.
Dad's Army is one of my favourite comedies and this show provides a little background.
