Nora Aunor's beginning stellar performance
jamestek14 December 2020
This movie directed by 3 directors, 2 of them Gerry de Leon and Lamberto Avellana soon became National Artist is the beginning of Nora Aunor's take on tackling more serious roles as compared to her bubblegum musicals in the last 4 years. She shines in the 3 episodes with 3 different roles. Even Avellana's comedy episode was done tastefully. But what was the most intriguing if not eerie is De Leon's episode about a nun's affair with a devil. The surreal cinematography, the haunting music and the unearthly sound made it more interesting. This movie shows early signs of Nora's exemplary and multifaceted acting prowess at young age of 21. A much watch movie not just for Noranians but more for cineastes .
