- At one point, Yuri harasses Alice, touching her awkwardly and asking her if she has a "tingling feeling" there. Later, he finds her unconscious and considers making a move on her. (this scene is meant to be comical)
Violence & Gore

- Very violent and gory, while gameplay combat usually doesn't have any detail or real violence, the cutscenes are very violent.
- A picture is briefly shown of several people who've been torn apart in the beginning, with loads of blood and graphic detail present.
- Several men are killed by a strange demon which quite literally tears them apart. One of the deaths is seen onscreen with him being covered in blood with his head twisted almost completely backwards. This scene is very bloody and violent.
- A man grabs a demon which has the guise of a deformed human and crushes it's head with his bare hand, loads of blood sprays.
- A man's arm is cut off, but then he reattaches it with a lot of detail seen.
- A man has half his face punched off. This happens offscreen, but we see his hand completely covered in his blood before he then heals his face with graphic injury detail seen beforehand.
