- In mission 2, scantally clad women are seen with breasts out of their clothing with nipples covered with crosses, and knickers can be seen when they're on the floor (if you decide to kill them instead of stealth). Men are also in BDSM gear.
- The same women are also seen dancing in a sexualised fashion in what appears to be some kind of brothel/sex club. People are also seen kissing and being held up against walls.
- Some women in barely any clothes are seen throughout several missions.
Violence & Gore

- In mission 2, 'The Meat King's Party' every surface within the facility is covered with blood spatters and smears. Gutted and skinned corpses of Pigs and horses are strewn throughout the map and the mutilated corpse of a young girl can be found hanging from the ceiling of one of the rooms. The whole level is incredibly disturbing and has an unsettling feel throughout.
- The game has a quite dark atmosphere in it's music and missions. The first mission in mental asylum/cloning facility, has many corpses, blood puddles, bullet holes, inmates displaying unstable behaviour or stabbing another corpse.
- The player can kill NPCs in many ways, via firearms, knives, garotting them, etc. This game's violence and dark atmosphere is on par with Manhunt, and not for children.
- Weapons can be used to kill people creatively. Very violent and theme of killing people for money can be a bad influence.

- Atmosphere can be extremely intense. There's a dead woman's corpse hanging from the ceiling. A ghost in a hotel corridor. Not a game to be played when kids are around.
