really good documentary...
I'm from Peru and had the chance to watch this film in the catholic university two years ago, and didn't realize that there was no comments about it. So let me be the first to tell you something about it... the movie is around a character this real person called Jorge Poholyrec, Peruvian citizen, with origin Austria-Hungarian, 71 years old, leader of the Nazism in the Peru. He is from a middle-low class in Lima... admires to Hitler and believes in the eugenesia and also believes in the "importation of females" (his shirt says: "Faltan hembras, Importemos", "We're out of females, Let's Import") all for the good and reinvindication of a nation out of fagots or bullshit Indians. Daily exercises, Wagnerian marchs, Nazis anthems, military shirt; saying a speech in a square that nobody listen... Poholyrec is not only a mad person; his is the image of the Peruvian society full of contradictions, fears, excesses and uncertainty about the future. A society that can be at the same time ancient and modern, authoritarian and democratic, fascism and mestizo. I hope you can have the chance to see this film in any festival a very good option.
