In the season 1 episode, 2:00-3:00 A.M., Jack changes his shirt revealing (Kiefer's real life) upper arm tattoos. In this episode, the tattoos are missing, covered in foundation make up.
Jack is supposed to be naked, but you can see Kiefer's underwear in one of the torture scenes.
The phone lines go down due to the heavy phone traffic after the nuclear explosion. So CTU and the presidential staff switch over to using SAT-phones. Yet, Tony is able to call Chappelle's cellphone. Tony is using a SAT-phone himself, but if all the networks are down, He should not be able to call Chappelle's cellphone.
The scene where Tony is making a call on a sat-phone inside is incorrect. Unless it was plugged in to an external aerial, phones like these need a clear line of sight to the sky to be able to communicate with a satellite. I.e., you would need to be outside and Tony is not.
By locking Lynne in a room, it's legally considered kidnapping and Mike wouldn't have been able to get away with it. Furthermore by guarding the door, Isberg would be charged as an accessory.
