Season 7 ends with a dog story
Barney Hefner's dog is driving Archie crazy.
The finale to Season 7 avoids all serious and controversial issues just goes for laughs about a dog. It starts off OK, some of it is pretty funny with Archie doing another "fake suicide" during one of Edith's long winded stories and Barney's dog making a deposit on Archie's lawn. The jokes wear thin by the end, this could have been an episode on any sitcom even going back to the 1960s.
