CID and uniform clash over dealings at a pub, where the landlord offers information, and does a little bit of betting on the side.
Lots of great things in this episode, first off, the story itself, it's imaginative, it's pretty thought provoking, and best of all, it's serves to create a big amount of tension between the two factions at Sun Hill.
I really did enjoy the scenes between Boyden and Boulton, the former usually clashes with Beech, here though it's CID's other firecracker. Some real intensity in their scenes.
It's so sad to now refer to him as the late Tony Selby, a much missed and fine actor, he's great here as Vinnie Rogers, a sincere and believable character, Selby well known for Doctor Who, Mulberry and many other shows, much missed.
Loved it, 9/10.
