Featured review
A fabulous final episode.
Bren is about to go on Totally Trivial, where she's hoping to scoop the ten grand prize, sending her and Tony to Scotland, but kind hearted Bren pays a visit to her hospitalisation mother first.
Talk about an emotional rollercoaster, this takes you one way, then another, and another. It's such a fitting finale, the previous one dealt with all of the sad bits, and somehow signalled the end, this gives us all the happy ending we wanted.
Packed with laughs and moving moments, it's Petula Gordino that once again steals the scene, her hospital video was absolutely glorious, funny, moving, finally she did something nice for Bren.
I always wished that they'd done more, but they knew to end on a high, perhaps it had run its course, she certainly wrote it as a finale.
Stunning, 10/10.
