Ibbotson...the perfect villain.
John P. Ryan stars as a total dirtbag named Ibbotson. It seems that years ago, Kojak arrested him for extortion...and the man was sent to prison for seven years. Now that he's out, he's interested in one thing...revenge. But instead of a normal revenge tale, this one is odd...as Ibbotson is not interested in keeping a low profile but constantly lets Kojak see him. It seems Ibbotson wants to make Kojak sweat a lot first....much like when Max Cady torments the District Attorney in "Cape Fear". So how is Ibbotson going to get revenge? See it and find out for yourself.
Ryan was wonderful as the bad guy in this one...and his demeanor was incredibly cold and sick. He was the perfect villain...and great writing helped to make this among the best shows in the series. A must-see!
