At the end of the episode, when Isabel realizes that her brooch was made with stones stolen from the ring of a patient, she takes the brooch off in disgust and puts it on the table. After the doctor confesses and reaches for the knife on the table, the camera pans to the dinner guests and the pin is back on her dress.
When Detectives Goren and Eames first speak with Isabel, she places a shopping bag on the counter, with the print facing away. When the camera changes focal point, the print on the bag flips direction, facing Isabel.
When Goren and Eames are interviewing Mrs. Morse walking down a street, the detectives, Mrs. Morse and those walking close by are wearing heavy, wool overcoats. There's a couple in the background with a baby in the crosswalk and another man across the street wearing lighter clothes, short sleeves and a summer dress. Everyone looks comfortable. Since this was filmed in April or early May, the weather in NYC could have gone either way, but spring clothes would have been the safer assumption.
In the final scene at the dinner party, there are 3 partial bottles of Beaulieu Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon on the table, but the capsules on top of the bottles are in tact, meaning they are unopened. However, the bottles are obviously not full. And the wine in the glasses is the color of Pinot Noir or Grenache, it is definitely not dark enough to be Cabernet.
