This series likes to reinforce its "ripped from the headlines" feel by the use of - headlines, in mocked-up newspapers. Up until this episode the mocked-up paper has been called "New York Ledger" baring a remarkable resemblance to the real New York Post. In this episode, instead, we are shown for the first time a "USA Daily" which is remarkably similar in format to the real USA Today
Regarding the title of this episode. The only reference do the title found was the phrase from the Bob Dylan song "Jokerman." Regarding this episode, this viewpoint of judges would have to be that of the assassins in the story and not that of the writers.. "False-hearted judges dying in the webs that they spin,/Only a matter of time 'til night comes steppin' in.". -- Bob Dylan, from the song "Jokerman" (1984) [03.17.2020]
