The number of empty syringes Goren uses as darts changes from shot to shot.
When Goren and Eames are interrogating the stylist who gives illegal Botox injections, Goren throws three syringes point-down into a notebook. As he's poised to throw a fourth syringe, the camera cuts to a longer shot and now there are no syringes stuck in the notebook and Goren starts another round of throwing syringes into the notebook. Goren had no time to pluck the thrown syringes out of the notebook.
While it is a prescription only medication and must be administered by a licensed physician, Botox is not a controlled substance.
In the shot of Nan Turner submerged in the bathtub, the swimsuit the actress is wearing is clearly visible.
During the arrest of Julie Turner, the passers-by on the street showed absolutely no interest in the process. People pass within inches of Goren without slowing down, moving away from the arrest in progress, or even looking at the officers or the arrestee. Another woman steps directly in front of the squad car to hail a cab. This is not the behavior of any normal people around police activity. The extras were obviously told to ignore the action, but it's just not realistic.
