Convicted Bank robber Need Jenks returns to Cabot Cove to rekindle his relationship with his daughter, who believed, along with everyone else, that he was dead, his return angers the community.
Very, very good, a well imagined murder mystery, with a strong set of characters, and a well conceived plot.
Sometimes they made the murder victim a little too much of a sympathetic figure, that wasn't the case here, he was actually hard to like, it made you approach his death a little differently.
You're made to wait, and you're kept guessing, the solution came as something of a surprise.
Not sure about you, but I kept on seeing John Major as The Bank Manager, The Spitting Image.
I really did like the presence of Donnelly Rhodes, who played Ned, cracking actor.
Very good, 8/10.
