During the bar scene towards the beginning of the episode, Christian is at a bar and notices a younger man standing next to him dancing foolishly to music. A young woman approaches the bar and Christian asks to buy her a drink. After some conversation, she tells Christian he is old and refuses the drink. When the camera is on Christian, the young man behind him is seen leaving the bar with his own drink. When the camera changes angels, the same man is again seen leaving the bar with his drink.
During the first surgery on the neck mass, after the artery is hit, the monitor is shown twice, with the reading of the heart rhythm showing - the first time, it is "ASY" (for asystole) and the second time, it is "VF" (for ventricular fibrillation). The bleeding vessel is repaired, but neither of these cardiac states are addressed, neither of which respond only to stopping bleeding. Both asystole and ventricular fibrillation need CPR and medications, and the first line for VF is defibrillation, none of which occurred here.
A "third nipple" is effectively ALWAYS on the milk line which runs from the regular nipple down towards the center of the body. Here, the third nipple is outside the original nipple, which effectively never happens. A third nipple is almost always a fraction of the size of the original nipple, whereas here it is the same size.
The outside high school lockers shown at Matt's school are never found in reality in South Florida for reasons of humidity (books would mold) and frequent wind-driven rains that would flood them and their contents.
