Bobby's histrionics work again. We are to believe that no matter what the evidence, he can distract and bluster. When he went after Jimmy, all Jimmy would have had to say was that only a couple moments passed before the guy put a gun to his head and only a moment or two later he shot the attorney. Bobby's cross was without any merit. But there is another issue going forward involving Hink, and Bobby's further bad judgment.
