I have a question. Since the brother did do the rape and hasn't been charged with it, can't they just arrest him, let his brother go), and get the right guy. There is no double jeopardy on the brother. Of course, the other thing is the civil retrial of Hannibal Lecter, or whatever. He is acquitted and decides to pay Lindsay (Clarice) a visit and she blows him away despite a big time restraining order. I hope you are respecting that this review contains spoilers. But now the last couple episodes can deal with her trial.

Ok but like what? They should've checked that guy for the mark behind his ear. Even I thought of that. I was livid when he showed it to them.
It was pretty obvious the previous episode was setting up the finale and I guess they had to deal with the fallout here. Maybe Lindsay will leave the show. She hasn't gotten much to do this season. This is almost exactly what happened with Anderson Pearson and he ended up getting 2 years so I'm not holding my breath.
