When Jim visits the office of Horvath and Horvath, he is carrying a briefcase, but when he leaves, he is not carrying the case.
During this episode, Jim is shot at from inside his trailer. The bullets damage the trim by the front door (2 bullet holes). In the final scene, the holes are visible, but when he walks the public defender out to say goodbye, the door trim is undamaged.
When the killer picks the lock on Jim's trailer and opens the door, it squeaks a little, but opens easily with no binding whatsoever. A couple of minutes later when Jim opens the door it jams forcing him to jerk it open, so it strikes him in the head knocking him back and out of the way of the bullet fired at him.
When Rockford opens his trailer door to let Basset and his wife out, there are 2 bullet holes in the trim. The 2 bullet holes are gone when Rockford closes the door behind the Bassets.
When Mr. and Mrs. Bassett leave Rockford's trailer at the end of the episode, the bullet holes in the door frame are visible. Immediately after, when the door is closed, the bullet holes are gone.

While this is true for the American League's Los Angeles Angels, George was discussing the 1940s AAA Pacific Coast League's Los Angeles Angels, and how good of a club that they were. The PCL Los Angeles Angels existed from 1903-1957, and were one of the best clubs of the PCL. In fact the PCL was so good, that during the 1950s serious thought given to making it a third Major League league (and making it an equal to the National League and American League). What prevented this elevation from AAA to MLB was the relocation of the Dodgers and Giants to California for the 1958 season.

When Bonnie Pruitt goes to the Ramp Bar with George Bassett, as part of the plan of getting Bassett drunk, so that she and her cohorts can (finally) kill him, she gets a phone call and says; "he wont drink the coffee, he wants another bourbon'". George had just been seen drinking coffee. In fact, he won't drink hard liquor, in spite of her desperately trying to get him to do so. Bonnie (or perhaps the actress playing her) seems to have gotten things entirely backwards.
Actually, Bonnie is lying about George's alcohol consumption only so that the bartender will overhear it. This way, the bartender (who is nowhere near George) will get the idea that George is drunk again, and that George therefore later must have left the bar intoxicated when he drove away. The resulting "accident" arranged by Bonnie and company will then be blamed solely on George's drunkenness. .

At about 00:12:42, when the Bassets are at the front door of Jim's trailer, there's a gold-colored switch cover plate butted against the door casing. But when they enter the trailer, the edge of the plate is not butted against the door casing. This is because the studio replica of the trailer is not a perfect clone of the trailer on location.
When Jim is abducted, he manages to stage an accident for the perps. The car he is in is rear ended by a pickup truck. On the front of the pickup's front bumper is a large metal plate, placed there to protect the pickup for this stunt.
When the judge rebukes Rockford (whilst a member of the jury), he addresses Rockford by name. This is contrary to the standard practice of jurors only being addressed by their number, in order to protect their anonymity.
