- Sam and her father are working at the new Alpha base trying to finalize and test a weapon that will stop Anubis' new super soldiers. They suddenly come under attack, however, and while many have escaped, others have yet to be located. O'Neill and Teal'c set out on a rescue mission and find a wounded Jacob Carter. Sam is nowhere to be found. She's actually wounded and on the run in the woods with a super soldier in pursuit. - While Jacob/Selmak helps Sam develop a prototype weapon to stop Anubis's Knell super-drones in a lab on the Alpha site, the base is attacked by his Goa'uld fleet. Both M'zel's free Jaffa rebels -who lost many men- and Delek's Tok'ra -who have no queen any more- now feel unsafe and refuse to trust on the alliance with the Tauri, who withhold too much info, hence plan to relocate separately, while Hammond wonders how Anubis found the location, possibly by probing Jonas's mind. Jack and Teal'c go look for the missing earthlings, especially Sam, joined by Jacob whom they find wounded, but they are targeted by a super-drone, who proves very hard to kill.—KGF Vissers
