- When Wiseguy was filmed in the late 80's, hour-long dramas were 48 minutes long, to account for twelve minutes of commercials. Broadcast standards have since been changed, to allow for more commercials, making dramas shorter. As of June 2022, Wiseguy is running on Circle TV. The scene of Frank blasting a jukebox has been removed for time.
- In the original version, the jukebox in the bar Frank visits played "Hit the Road, Jack." It, like much licensed music for shows of this era, was replaced due to licensing limitations post-internet and alternative distribution streams. Frank has just been kicked out by his wife. When a girl in the bar plays HTRJ on the jukebox, a frazzled McPike shoots out said jukebox. With the song removed, and filler music put in its place, Frank shooting the jukebox makes absolutely no sense.
