I am so addicted to this new TV series! I fluctuate between clapping, cheering and crying. It already has all the elements of a true winner and I hope to still be watching it ten years from now. I especially am enamored of the coach and the older brother, Billy Riggins. They play their parts with such convincing realism that I feel like I am in the room, or on the field with them. When I "enter" the hospital I have to take my handkerchief with me. Awesomely sad to watch. Well acted! I understand the next show will air at 10:00 on Monday night. I guess I will have to fix a pot of coffee so that I can stay up to watch it...but watch it I will! Thanks NBC for attaining what the other stations have not....A FABULOUS show that if fit for everyone to view.

Love the football - thats it

Warning: Spoilers
I just started watching this series as I heard it was great. And don't get me wrong - 5 episodes in I like the football side of it but the drama and what not is annoying. I get it that drama is needed to lure watchers in but this drama is so unrealistic. And what is the deal with grown adults preying on high school kids. So this investment banker comes into town and wants to go on a date with a high schooler? The star QB gets hurt and his gf is already having s*x with his best friend? I really hope this series gets more serious but some of this is silly writing. I mean this was 15 years ago and this show and One Tree Hill were rivalring each other but OTH at least didn't focus on pedophiles lol.
