This particular episode reached minor cult status due to the last five minutes of the show featuring Charlotte Church & an obscenely drunk Amy Winehouse performing a cover of Michael Jackson's "Beat It". According to interviews Charlotte had heard about Amy's issues with alcohol but she was going get a close insight into it as Amy took the stage looking like a wreck. Winehouse mumbles & slurs her way through the entire performance. While Charlotte, the band & the backup singers tried to keep a straight face to actually "save the performance", nothing could ever save the wrecked ship from sinking. Amy was later asked in several British music magazines (NME & Q amongst others) about this performance. Amy responded with that after the show she was so knackered that she didn't know what happened but did later get to see it on video was was very embarrassed.
