I found the story itself quite strange and boring, but the reason I gave this episode a pretty good rating is because of the (non)romance between Booth and Brennan.
Again, we see Sully and Brennan together. Sully's getting pretty serious with her and Brennan is even taking time off from the lab to spend time on his boat. Booth, of course, doesn't like this (I think he feels threatened) and he finds every opportunity he possibly can to get Brennan away from her romantic vacation and back into the lab. It's quite comical in the way he does it and of course Brennan doesn't put up much of a fuss.
Later, she is asked to take a break from work and go off with Sully on the boat. She says she can't leave, though she never says why she can't leave. Sully assumes it's the lab, but from the way she acts, I'm pretty sure it's "who" she can't leave then "what." Booth gives her a short speech at the end. I find hidden meanings in his little speech, and I also think it's for the audience as well...
