Dwight refers to the character Hiro from the TV series Heroes (2006). Nicholas D'Agosto (Jan's assistant, Hunter), Jack Coleman (State Senator Lipton in seasons 7-9), and Sendhil Ramamurthy (Ravi in seasons 8-9) all had prominent roles on Heroes.
