When Jim and Karen schedule an interview with David, it is nearly sunset. In the very next scene, when Michael is announcing the coal walk, the sun is high in the sky.
The last time everyone is seen on the beach it is clearly dark, yet the return bus ride is during daylight hours.
+ (This is a incorrect "goof" and should either be deleted entirely or preferably corrected so other viewer's don't make the same mistake, and simply contribute it again in the future. The mistake made, is that the contributor simply didn't realize/notice, that like numerous other episodes of "The Office". they often end the show with a glimpse or scene from earlier in that specific episode itself. That's what's happened here. During the ending scene (Singing of the Flintstone song.) it is actually just a continuation of the trip to the lake, and not the next day. Once again, not just one, but three things back this up. The first and second, is that the employees are in same seats and same clothes, that they had been in the ride to the lake, and thirdly, is that "Andy" who drifted away in the Sumo suit was still lost (stuck in the weeds) when last seen, so he wouldn't obviously be present for the ride back unless found.
When Michael is asking Pam to cook hot dogs on the beach, she's wearing a bra that covers her back. Even though earlier Pam was glad to get sunscreen from Toby, obviously the actress knew at no point would she be seen without her shirt on.
Response: She could have used the sunscreen to cover her face and bare arms.

When Pam runs across the coals, in several shots it is plainly visible that she is wearing shoes.
There is no sand beach at Lake Scranton, a man-made lake, made by a dam, filled with mountain water, with a walking trail around it. It's about a 7 minute drive from downtown (less than 2 miles). The bus ride certainly suggested a further distance.
After Pam does the fire walk, she says to the group that no one went to her art show in Business School (2007). In fact, Michael and Oscar did attend her art show. Roy went too, but he works in the warehouse.
