Very pleasant and enjoyable, and holds a lot of nostalgic value. It is a real shame it is forgotten though...
Like the previous reviewer before me, I too had fond memories of getting up before school and eating breakfast in front of the television watching programmes such as Bear in the Big Blue House and Beachcomber Bay. To this day, it does hold a lot of nostalgic value, and is very pleasant to watch. I liked how traditional it was, I liked the concept and I liked how nice it looked. What I also liked was the voices, the endearing characters and the theme tune. In terms of written quality it is rather cheesy and perhaps dated and it isn't always very original.
In conclusion, very watchable and pleasant, despite some cheesy parts and the occasional lack of originality, but sadly it has been forgotten. I don't think I have seen it on television for a very long time. Pity! 7/10 Bethany Cox
